Generous, weighted and supple, reflective of an oak ferment and ageing in 100 separate vessels including foudres and French oak barrels. The grapes are all estate grown, yielding a ripe yellow apple, pear, peach filled wine with butter and spice. There's a lemon brightness to lift it through to a lightly warming finish. A fun midweek white for chicken salads or a spicy Moroccan bean soup. Good value.
