Our 2019 Glen Saanich Single Malt has finally turned of age being our first official whisky. Made exclusively from Vancouver Island grown and malted barley, mashed and fermented on site and twice distilled in our vintage copper potstill Brunhilde. It is then aged in once used bourbon casks for 3 years yielding notes of citrus and ripe pear before giving way to vanilla, cinnamon and clove with a lingering malty finish.
