A limited release. This four barrel blend is distilled from 75% unmalted BC wheat & 25% BC rye.
A blend of french oak barrels previously used for Cherry Port, Cabernet Franc & Merlot housed Wyatt for 6 years. 46% ABV in bottle.
Notes of caramel, pralines and brown sugar on the nose. Initial spice from the rye with cherry, orange and toast on the mid-palate. Rounding it out with a classic smooth as silk finish.
Best enjoyed neat.
