Named after the founder's daughter, Penelope Bourbon is their signature four-grain straight bourbon, using predominately corn with wheat, rye and malted barley. Aromas of sweet corn with caramel and light oak. Smooth and flavourful with fruity notes with lingering vanilla spice on the finish. Sip neat or in cocktails.
