A superb BC red wine made from the classic Cabernet Sauvignon grape grown on the Black Sage Bench planted in 1996 at 315-330 metres above sea level. The vineyard is just 7 acres and only 13 barrels were produced of this wine. Aromas of dark fruit, smoke, earth, graphite and spice. Decant 1-2 hours and enjoy with a rare steak.
