This wine is exclusively made from grapes grown on the Naramata Bench. They were sourced from the Fleet Road Vineyard - Tightrope Estate, as well as the vineyards owned by the by the Madsen, Riccio, Rubis and Flaherty families.
The Pinot Gris was handpicked and whole cluster pressed the same day. It was then cold settled for three days before being racked off solids for fermentation. Fermentation was kept cool at 14°C in stainless steel and took about 30 days to complete. The fermentation was stopped with a small amount of residual sugar for balance.
