The grapes for Summer Water Rosé are picked early in the season to preserve the natural acidity that’s ideal for warm-weather drinking. The direct press method is used to ensure as little extraction from the skins as possible, retaining the delicate fruit aromas and pale colour rosé is known for. This blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah is made with low-sulfur and low-sugar. The resulting wine is light, aromatic, and dry – with notes of melon, peach, rose, and citrus.
